Erzieher (m/w/d) | Prien am Chiemsee, Germany | On-site

We are hiring for a leading national psychosomatic clinic, recognized internationally, with a strong focus on providing cutting-edge therapy and fostering a supportive team environment. Our multidisciplinary team is dedicated to the well-being of both adults and young patients, contributing to impactful patient outcomes.

The Role

  • Co-therapeutic patient discussions: Support and deepen the therapeutic process through guided conversations.
  • Planning and leading groups: Structure and facilitate co-therapeutic groups to encourage participant interaction and development.
  • Meal and exposure support: Assist patients during challenging daily situations to foster stabilization and self-efficacy.
  • Interdisciplinary collaboration: Actively participate in team meetings, contributing observations and assessments.
  • Holistic patient care: Provide individual and empathetic support throughout the entire treatment process.
  • Shift work: Contribute to continuous patient care within a structured shift system.

What You'll Need

  • Completed training as an Educator (m/f/d).
  • Experience in psychosomatics, psychiatry, or residential group care is advantageous.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, with a passion for the profession.
  • Respectful, professional, and empathetic approach towards patients and their families.
