Oracle Fusion Project Manager - US Shift

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion Project Manager to lead end-to-end implementation and delivery of Oracle Fusion solutions, including OIC, VBCS, HCM, and Redwood. The ideal candidate should have strong project management expertise along with functional and technical understanding of Oracle Fusion applications to drive successful transformation programs.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion Project Manager to lead end-to-end implementation and delivery of Oracle Fusion solutions, including OIC, VBCS, HCM, and Redwood. The ideal candidate should have strong project management expertise along with functional and technical understanding of Oracle Fusion applications to drive successful transformation programs.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end Oracle Fusion implementation, upgrade, and support projects.
• Lead project planning, execution, and delivery across Oracle Fusion HCM, OIC, VBCS, and Redwood modules.
• Coordinate with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and technical teams to gather requirements and ensure seamless delivery.
• Drive project governance, milestone tracking, RAID management, and reporting.
• Oversee Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) integrations, API development, and third-party system connectivity.
• Manage VBCS application development and custom extensions for Oracle Fusion.
• Ensure the successful implementation of Redwood UI transformations and user adoption strategies.
• Support HCM module implementations, including Core HR, Absence, Payroll, and Talent Management.
• Plan and execute SIT, UAT, cutover, go-live, and hypercare support.
• Manage risks, escalations, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Collaborate with technical teams for data migration, reports, and integrations.
• Ensure adherence to Agile/Scrum or Waterfall methodologies.

Required Skills

• Strong experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations and delivery.
• Hands-on knowledge of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
• Experience in Oracle Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS).
• Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion HCM modules.
• Experience in Redwood UI migration and implementation.
• Knowledge of Oracle Fusion APIs, HDL, HCM Extracts, and integrations.
• Expertise in project planning, stakeholder management, and risk mitigation.
• Experience in managing enterprise Oracle transformation programs.
• Strong communication, leadership, and team handling skills.
• PMP / Agile certification is an added advantage.
