Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Life Sciences, or related field.
• 5+ years of clinical trial EDC programming experience within biotech, pharmaceutical, or CRO environments.
• Hands-on experience with Veeva EDC study builds, configuration, and system administration.
• Strong experience programming and validating edit checks, custom functions, derivations, and study logic.
• Experience designing, testing, and supporting RTSM-EDC integrations.
• Understanding of clinical trial conduct, data management processes, and Google Cloud Platform requirements.
• Experience supporting UAT, database releases, and database lock activities.
• Ability to independently manage EDC activities and drive the transition of functions from CROs to an internal team.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Prior experience working in a small or emerging biotech company, with the flexibility to build processes and operate in a hands-on, fast-paced environment.
