Senior Manager, Financial Reporting Key Responsibilities

• Oversee preparation and review of financial statements and reporting packages.
• Manage external audits, disclosures, and reporting compliance.
• Ensure adherence to U.S. GAAP and other applicable accounting standards.
• Collaborate with finance and business leaders across the organization.
• Lead process improvement initiatives, internal controls, and team development.

Senior Manager, Financial Reporting Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Big 4 experience
• Prior people management experience required.
• Strong background in external reporting and audits.
• Expertise in U.S. GAAP and consolidated reporting.
• Experience in a large, complex organization preferred.
