The Role

• Perform image-guided radiation therapy (IGRT) using modern techniques for precise treatment delivery.
• Apply stereotactic radiation therapy with high accuracy, minimizing impact on surrounding healthy tissue.
• Administer intraluminal, intracavitary, and interstitial brachytherapy, tailoring treatments to individual patient needs.
• Ensure high-quality patient care and treatment execution.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of physicians and medical physicists.

What You'll Need

• Completed, state-recognized training as a Medical Technical Radiology Assistant (MTR/MTRA) or equivalent, with current radiation protection expertise.
• Ideally, prior experience in radiation therapy.
• A passion for the profession, demonstrating empathy and a patient-centered approach.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong technical skills in operating radiation therapy equipment.
