COMPENSATION RANGE:
Average First-Year Total Compensation: $52,000 – $125,000 annually (inclusive of base salary)
Base Salary: $37,000 – $52,000 annually (dependent upon location and established book of business)

Virginia Farm Bureau desires to hire an Insurance Sales Agent to join our team in the Virginia Beach Farm Bureau Branch Office located in Virginia Beach, VA. This position will be full time on-site at our Virginia Beach office.

Candidates must have excellent interpersonal skills for building strong relationships and a desire to help and serve their community members and organizations. Our W-2 employee agents are provided an existing book of business to review and service, a base salary, commissions on new sales, numerous bonus, and elaborate trips for top performers.

Preferred Requirements

Property & Casualty license and Life, Health & Annuities license, or ability to obtain these with Virginia Farm Bureau providing and paying for licensing training materials/class. Must provide proof of passing licensing test

Prior sales experience (any industry) helpful but not required
