The Role • Deliver expert mechanical repair, vehicle diagnostics, and emergency breakdown support. • Respond to roadside incidents, addressing issues such as flat batteries, tyre changes, and complex fault diagnosis. • Provide reassurance and confident solutions to members in need. • Start and finish your shifts from your own driveway, averaging 40 hours per week with optional overtime. • Undertake a variety of tasks, from routine fixes to challenging fault-finding. What You'll Need • A Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification (or equivalent). • At least 2 years of post-qualification technical, electrical, and diagnostic experience. • A strong customer-focused approach and excellent interpersonal skills. • A full UK driving licence. • The ability to remain calm and confident under pressure.
