The Role

• Gain hands-on experience across various hotel departments including Front Office & Reservations, Food & Beverage, Housekeeping, and Revenue & Sales.
• Apply theoretical knowledge directly in a practical hotel environment, taking on responsibilities and contributing to projects.
• Understand the operational flow and interdependencies of different hotel functions.
• Develop skills in guest communication, service quality, and operational management.
• Embrace a "people-first" culture where teamwork and individual contributions are valued.

What You'll Need

• A passion for the hospitality industry and a strong desire to create welcoming experiences for guests.
• General higher education entrance qualification (Abitur/Fachhochschulreife), a completed vocational training with relevant experience, or a master craftsman's certificate.
• Excellent command of English, both spoken and written.
• High degree of flexibility, teamwork, and resilience.
• A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and enjoyment of guest interaction.
• Willingness to travel for study phases to Munich and potentially undertake an international internship.
