Profound Platform Specialist

Job Summary – Profound Platform Specialist (Frisco, TX, Remote)

• Provide expert-level support for the Profound Platform, focusing on customer conversation analytics and integrations with Salesforce CRM and related enterprise platforms.
• Monitor and maintain Profound platform workflows and system integrations.
• Support and enhance analytics dashboards related to conversation and customer engagement.
• Troubleshoot and resolve synchronization and integration issues with Salesforce and other platforms.
• Coordinate with vendors for support and manage issue resolution processes.
• Perform data validation, reconciliation, and analysis activities.
• Manage user access, fulfill operational support requests, and maintain platform security.
• Generate, maintain, and support reporting and business analytics requirements.
• Assist with platform releases, upgrades, and testing activities.
• Utilize strong SaaS application support, CRM integration, API troubleshooting, and reporting/dashboard skills.
• Requires 3–5 years of experience specifically with the Profound Platform.
• Remote role, no onsite presence or travel required.
• Temp-to-perm opportunity, immediate start, 3+ month contract with potential for extension/permanent hire.
