•        Work with engineering, security, and operations teams to ensure designs are deployable, observable, and supportable.

•        Analyze how proposed solutions behave at scale and identify failure modes early.

 Minimum Qualifications:

•        Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

•        5+ years of experience in software engineering, systems engineering, or platform operations.

•        Working understanding of distributed systems, REST APIs, and integration patterns.

•        Experience with at least one cloud platform such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.

•        Ability to communicate technical designs clearly in writing and diagrams.

 Preferred Qualifications:

•        Exposure to solution or enterprise architecture practice, including design documentation and trade-off analysis.

•        Experience with collaboration or SaaS platforms such as Webex, Slack, or Microsoft 365.

•        Familiarity with identity and access concepts such as SSO, SAML, SCIM, and OAuth.

•        Awareness of an architecture framework such as TOGAF, or a cloud architecture certification.

•        Understanding of operational concerns including monitoring, reliability, and deployment safety.
