The Role

• Manage and mentor a team of Product Marketing Associates.
• Review and direct creative designs for various marketing materials including catalog layouts, web pages, flyers, stuffers, and emails.
• Act as a liaison between Merchandising and Creative departments for new product selection.
• Maintain effective communication regarding new and existing product development and web marketing strategies.
• Conceptualize new product positioning based on market analysis and customer perspective.
• Analyze market research and internal reports to identify product trends and inform marketing strategies.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's degree.
• 7+ years of experience in marketing, product management, or new product development.
• Proven experience in sourcing or selecting new products.
• Experience with catalog development or management is a strong advantage.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage cross-functional projects.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
