Role Summary

Seeking a senior Oracle EBS Supply Chain Solution Architect to lead solution strategy, architecture, implementation, transformation, and support initiatives across enterprise environments.

Must-Have Skills

• 20+ years of overall IT experience with strong Oracle EBS R12 Supply Chain expertise.
• Strong functional knowledge of Inventory, Purchasing, Order Management, Advanced Pricing, Shipping, Sourcing, iProcurement, ASCP, and Manufacturing.
• Deep understanding of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes.
• Proven experience leading Oracle EBS implementations, upgrades, rollouts, and transformation programs.
• Strong Solution Architecture, Solution Design, and Fit-Gap Workshop experience.
• Integration experience with Oracle Fusion, ERP, WMS, MES, and third-party systems.
• Experience with cloud transformation and enterprise application modernization.
• Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Experience leading global functional teams and coordinating with technical, integration, and data migration teams.
• Strong experience in delivery governance, roadmap definition, and quality assurance.
• Must be local to Columbus, IN / nearby or willing to relocate and work onsite at the plant.

Preferred: Experience supporting large manufacturing/industrial enterprises and involvement in pre-sales, estimation, proposals and executive presentations.
