The Role

• Deliver exceptional service and financial advice to customers and prospects, identifying needs and recommending suitable solutions.
• Proactively engage with existing customers and new prospects through needs-based assessments to build loyalty and drive business opportunities.
• Offer guidance on digital and self-serve banking options to enhance customer convenience.
• Support branch operations by assisting with customer transactions as needed.
• Collaborate with branch and market teams to achieve business objectives and deliver a superior customer experience.
• Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and lending policies while managing risk effectively.

What You'll Need

• 2-3 years of relevant experience, with a post-secondary degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Working knowledge of personal and small business customer needs, retail investments, and lending products.
• Experience in a consultative customer service or sales role, with a passion for delivering a personalized customer experience.
• Confident and experienced in using digital tools, including social media, tablets, and smartphones.
• Strong interpersonal, listening, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-based environment and willingness to embrace new challenges.
