Role Summary:

Due to strategic expansion, our Client is seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer to strengthen their team. This role holds critical importance in supporting their cloud-native applications and infrastructure, ensuring seamless deployment, automation, and scalability. Responsibilities:

• Automate and optimise deployment processes using containerisation and orchestration tools.
• Design, implement, and manage cloud infrastructure to support development and production environments.
• Collaborate with development teams to streamline DevOps practices and ensure operational stability.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements proactively.
• Develop scripts and automation tools to enhance system efficiency and reliability.
• Maintain documentation and adhere to best practices for security and compliance.

Essential Skills & Experience:

• Over 10 years of professional experience in DevOps or related fields.
• Strong expertise in cloud platforms, particularly Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform).
• Extensive knowledge of Kubernetes and container orchestration.
• Proven experience with Python scripting and automation.
• Proficiency with infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform or equivalent.
• Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines and related tools.
• Experience with monitoring and logging solutions.

Desirable Skills & Experience:

• Familiarity with other cloud providers (e.g., AWS, Azure).
• Knowledge of database management and networking fundamentals.
• Experience working within agile teams and methodologies.
• Certifications related to Google Cloud Platform, Kubernetes, or DevOps practices.
