What You’ll Do

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through consistent prospecting
Convert leads into active customers and build a strong, profitable book of business
Collaborate with a team-driven environment to grow and maintain customer relationships
What We’re Looking For:
~3+ years of freight brokerage (3PL) sales experience (required)
~ Self-motivated, results-driven mindset with a hunter mentality
~ Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
