The Role • Perform vehicle glass repairs and replacements, including calibration of driver assistance systems. • Assume the role of "Operations Manager (HWK)" responsible for technical aspects, adherence to company standards, and daily operational planning. • Advise and support customers from order placement to vehicle handover with excellent customer service. • Manage invoicing, customer funds, and the processing of incoming orders. • Conduct quality assurance measures, manage inventory, and ensure audit-relevant standards are met. What You'll Need • Completed vocational training in a trade, ideally with several years of professional experience as a car mechanic, mechatronics technician, or bodywork specialist. • Willingness to complete a skills test or already hold an Operations Manager (HWK) qualification. • Possession of a valid driver's license class B and proficient German language skills. • Strong customer and service orientation with excellent communication skills. • Ability to work independently, in a team, and engage in trusting collaboration. • Proficient PC skills and comfort with administrative tasks.
