Role Title: HubSpot & NetSuite Integration Solution Specialist

Experience: 7-10 Years

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced HubSpot & NetSuite Integration Consultant to design, implement, and optimize integrations between NetSuite and HubSpot to support customer lifecycle management, renewal automation, installed-base tracking, and entitlement management processes.

The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders, marketing teams, and IT teams to establish a scalable architecture where NetSuite remains the system of record while HubSpot serves as the customer engagement and automation platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Solution Design & Architecture Design and implement end-to-end integrations between NetSuite and HubSpot. Define system architecture, integration patterns, and synchronization strategies.
• data governance, ownership models, and source-of-truth principles across platforms.
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• HubSpot Responsibilities Configure and manage HubSpot CRM, custom objects, workflows, automation, and reporting.
• Design and implement renewal communication journeys and lifecycle automation.
• Build and maintain: Company Objects Contact Objects Custom Objects (Installed Base, Entitlements) Workflow Automation Segmentation and Marketing Programs Implement duplicate prevention and enrollment control mechanisms.
• NetSuite Responsibilities Analyze and optimize customer, installed base, warranty, and entitlement data structures. Configure NetSuite records, custom fields, and relationships required for integration.

Support enhancements such as:

• Analyzer-to-Entitlement linkage Entitlement status management Data validation rules Ensure data integrity and readiness for synchronization.
• Integration & Data Management Design and develop integrations using: HubSpot APIs NetSuite SuiteTalk APIs REST/SOAP APIs Middleware platforms (Boomi, Celigo, MuleSoft, Workato, etc.)
• Define field mappings and synchronization rules.
• Manage data migration and historical record onboarding.
• Establish reconciliation, monitoring, and exception handling processes.
• Troubleshoot synchronization and data quality issues.
