Job Description

Ÿ  Applies the ADDIE instructional design model

Ÿ  Analyzes content

Ÿ  Designs learning solutions

Ÿ  Creates e-learning courses from source content and storyboards

Ÿ  Creates virtual instructor-led courses from source content and procedure documents

Ÿ  Creates job aids

Ÿ  Uses provided templates

Ÿ  Follows established guidelines/procedures/standards

Ÿ  Requires minimal direct oversight and receives direction/guidance where needed

Ÿ  Adheres to established timelines

Ÿ  Reports status and escalates issues

Ÿ  Uses collaboration tools to communicate with teammates

Required Qualifications

Ÿ  5 years of instructional design or related training/learning experience

Ÿ  Experience with standard instructional design tools:

Ÿ  Articulate 360 (Storyline, Rise)

Ÿ  Microsoft Word, PPT

Ÿ  WellSaid

Ÿ  Camtasia

Preferred Qualifications

Ÿ  Bachelor''''''''''''''''s degree in one of the following areas: Learning and Performance; Education; Human Resources, Organizational Design or Related field

Ÿ  Prior experience working in a consumer centric company

Ÿ  Work experience in a health care and / or Insurance setting
