Job Description

Senior Healthcare Systems Analyst 

Location: Woodland Hills, CA 
Model: Hybrid - 3 days onsite/week

Note: W2

Role Overview:

Elevance Health is seeking a senior healthcare systems analyst with strong healthcare domain expertise to bridge business requirements and technical solutions and support end-to-end Agile delivery.

Responsibilities:

● Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements.

● Work with stakeholders to define epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

● Partner with product owners, BSAs, developers, and QA teams throughout the SDLC.

● Analyze system workflows, integrations, data flows, and business processes.

● Support backlog refinement, sprint planning, testing, releases, and issue resolution.

● Translate business needs into clear technical requirements and solutions.

● Identify risks, dependencies, and process improvements.

● Ensure solutions align with healthcare standards and compliance requirements.

Qualifications:

● 15+ years of experience as a systems analyst, business systems analyst, technical BA, or similar role.

● Strong healthcare domain experience required; payer/provider experience preferred.

● Experience with Agile/Scrum or SAFe methodologies.

● Strong understanding of SDLC, requirements analysis, system integration, and healthcare processes.

● Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.

● Must be able to work 3 days onsite in Woodland Hills, CA.
