Description:

• The Privacy Operations team works to enhance the enterprise privacy program in response to growing customer expectations, risk management imperatives, and current/evolving legal obligations around the collection, storage, processing, and sharing of personal data.
• The team is responsible for implementing and managing technology using the OneTrust platform and supporting business processes to create a “privacy by design” culture that embeds privacy protection and controls throughout the data lifecycle.
• The Senior Product Analyst will support Product Owners in product and feature development, testing, and documentation for data privacy governance, with a specific focus on a new third-party data sharing governance platform.
• Coordinate with project teams and stakeholders to perform discovery and document the current state, design new processes, and identify appropriate tooling.
• Support the automation of privacy processes by documenting workflows and developing proof-of-concepts.
• Contribute to strategic artifacts such as wireframes and process flows and produce formal documentation and presentations for internal and external audiences.
• Collaborate with technical teams to support integration of the privacy platform with other enterprise systems, such as ServiceNow.
• Assist with the maintenance and enhancement of tools built on the OneTrust platform, including template updates, data migration, and troubleshooting technical issues with vendors.
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and serve as a tester, executing tasks based on Functional and UAT test scripts.
• Participate in cross-functional efforts to identify capabilities, gaps, and opportunities in developing a data privacy governance framework within the broader enterprise data governance framework and strategy.
• Support a customer-centric and service-oriented culture, with a focus on meeting the needs of customers, employees, and other stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Experience as an analyst or member of a product team supporting technology/software implementation projects.
• Experience in privacy, data governance, data protection, PII management, risk management, and/or compliance-related programs.
• Familiarity with privacy, data governance, and risk management technologies, with OneTrust experience highly preferred.
• Exposure to OneTrust modules such as Data Mapping, Data Catalog, Privacy Assessments, Data Sharing Governance, or AI Governance is preferred.
• Strong business analysis skills, including requirements gathering, process documentation, workflow mapping, and stakeholder engagement.
• Experience coordinating and executing User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Ability to clearly articulate involvement in privacy, governance, compliance, or technology implementation initiatives, including examples of process improvements or operational efficiencies delivered.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with teammates and stakeholders to drive results and build consensus.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines with strong attention to detail.
• Experience developing and delivering presentations and creating clear documentation for diverse audiences.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related tools, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, and Azure DevOps.
• Experience designing and/or implementing privacy program elements within operations, risk management, or compliance.
• Experience in a regulated environment, such as the utility industry, is preferred.

Preferred Skills:

• Utility or other regulated industry experience.
• Cybersecurity knowledge, including an understanding of privacy controls, data protection practices, and information security concepts.
