The Role

• Define and drive the adoption of cybersecurity principles, standards, and design patterns for multi-cloud and on-premises environments.
• Lead working groups to establish cybersecurity guidelines across product and enterprise architecture.
• Develop secure design patterns that engineering teams can readily implement.
• Conduct complex risk analyses and propose innovative security solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure secure and efficient release processes.
• Participate in security incident response to identify and address design gaps.
• Research emerging security trends and technologies to recommend enhancements.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline and 8+ years of experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of 4 years focused on cybersecurity.
• Practical expertise in AWS cloud infrastructure and services, and on-premises infrastructure.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks (e.g., ISO 27000, NIST) and relevant industry regulations.
• Experience with current cybersecurity architectures such as zero trust, IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, virtualization, and containerization.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in designing secure solutions, including AI-enhanced architectures.
