Senior Asset Management Analyst

The Senior Asset Management Analyst supports a large single-family rental portfolio through financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, performance analysis and market research. The role develops portfolio recommendations, prepares stakeholder reports, monitors property and financial trends, and coordinates with teams across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead capital allocation, budgeting and planning processes for the portfolio.
• Develop metrics, cash flow targets and forecasts to evaluate portfolio performance.
• Monitor financial results, property conditions and operating trends; recommend corrective actions.
• Build and update financial models and prepare cash analysis, forecasting and investor reports.
• Research real estate markets and recommend strategies for existing assets and development opportunities.
• Coordinate asset management initiatives with internal teams and guide analysts or interns.
