REQ 37719- Role: SAP SuccessFactors Level: Senior✅ Must-Have SkillsSAP SuccessFactors Expertise Strong hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors modules, specifically: Employee Central (Core HR) Onboarding Compensation Management Time Tracking SAP SuccessFactors Certification in one or more of the above modules. Experience integrating SuccessFactors with: SAP S/4HANA Other SAP modules and third-party systems.

Experience designing, developing, implementing, and testing end-to-end SAP HR solutions. Strong solution design and architecture capabilities. Professional Experience 6–14 years of experience in SAP application development and implementation. Proven experience leading SAP delivery teams and mentoring technical resources. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
