Packaging Sales Representative, Bilingual Spanish Mexico
El Paso, TX (Remote, must live in or near El Paso)

Hunt and grow accounts for a packaging machinery and materials distributor. You'll sell films, cartons, and packaging equipment locally, nationwide, and into Mexico, with uncapped commissions.

Must-Haves

  • Packaging materials sales experience
  • Bilingual English and Spanish
  • Able to travel and sell in Mexico
  • Lives in or near El Paso
  • B2B hunter who prospects by phone, networking, and digital outreach
  • Strong presentation and consultative selling skills
  • Stable work history

What You'll Do

  • Sell packaging materials, equipment, and contract packaging services
  • Build account plans and close by phone, video, and in person
  • Assess customer processes to design solutions that cut total cost
  • Work company web leads from across the US
  • Build and manage a full pipeline from lead to onboarding
  • Negotiate with vendors and manufacturers

  • Shrink and stretch film, pouches, tape, strapping, labels, cartons, or shipping cases
  • Bachelor's in Business or related field
