Role : AI/ML Engineer
Location: Minnetonka, Minnesota – Day 1 Onsite



Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Senior AI/ML Engineer to design, develop, and maintain scalable AI-powered solutions, automation frameworks, and enterprise platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Generative AI, LLMs, AI Agents, workflow automation, cloud platforms, enterprise integrations, and modern software engineering practices.

This role will work closely with business stakeholders, product teams, and technical teams to identify automation opportunities and deliver AI-driven solutions that improve operational efficiency and business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and support AI-driven applications, automation solutions, and enterprise platforms.
  • Build intelligent workflow automation using modern automation tools and scripting technologies.
  • Develop integrations between enterprise systems, cloud platforms, APIs, databases, and third-party applications.
  • Implement Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), AI Agents, chatbots, and enterprise AI solutions.
  • Design and develop reusable AI frameworks, accelerators, and platform components.
  • Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure automation.
  • Monitor platform performance, reliability, security, scalability, and availability.
  • Collaborate with business and product stakeholders to identify AI and automation opportunities.
  • Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, architecture diagrams, deployment guides, and operational runbooks.
  • Research and implement emerging AI technologies, cloud services, and automation best practices.
Required Skills
  • Strong experience in AI/ML Engineering and Software Engineering.
  • Hands-on experience with Generative AI and LLMs.
  • Experience building AI Agents, chatbots, and AI-powered applications.
  • Strong programming/scripting experience, preferably Python.
  • Experience with workflow automation and enterprise automation platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of REST APIs, system integrations, databases, and cloud platforms.
  • Experience with CI/CD, DevOps, and infrastructure automation.
  • Understanding of AI solution architecture and enterprise platform development.
  • Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
  • Experience with RAG, vector databases, prompt engineering, and AI agent frameworks.
  • Experience integrating AI solutions with enterprise applications.
  • Experience developing reusable frameworks and automation accelerators.
  • Experience with monitoring, security, and production support for AI platforms.
