Position Overview

We are seeking an innovative and technically strong Senior AI/ML Engineer to design, develop, and maintain scalable AI-powered solutions, automation frameworks, and enterprise platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with AI/ML technologies, Generative AI, workflow automation, cloud platforms, enterprise integrations, and modern software engineering practices.

This role will work closely with business stakeholders, product teams, and technical teams to drive digital transformation initiatives and improve operational efficiency.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and support AI-driven applications, automation solutions, and enterprise platforms.
• Act as an AI Solution Architect, Automation Platform Developer, and Enterprise Integration Engineer.
• Build and maintain intelligent workflow automation using modern automation tools and scripting technologies.
• Develop integrations across enterprise systems, cloud platforms, APIs, databases, and third-party applications.
• Implement Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), AI Agents, chatbots, and enterprise AI solutions.
• Build reusable frameworks, accelerators, libraries, and platform components to improve development productivity.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure automation.
• Monitor platform performance, reliability, scalability, and security.
• Ensure AI and enterprise platforms meet availability, performance, and security requirements.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Create technical documentation, architecture diagrams, deployment guides, and operational runbooks.
• Evaluate emerging AI technologies, cloud services, automation tools, and industry best practices.
• Troubleshoot and optimize AI applications, integrations, and automation workflows.

Required Skills

• Strong experience in AI/ML engineering and enterprise application development.
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI and LLM-based solutions.
• Experience developing AI Agents, chatbots, and enterprise AI applications.
• Strong programming/scripting experience, preferably Python.
• Experience with workflow automation and intelligent automation frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of REST APIs, system integrations, databases, and third-party integrations.
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform cloud platforms.
• Experience with CI/CD, DevOps, and infrastructure automation.
• Strong understanding of scalable, secure, and highly available enterprise platforms.
• Experience designing reusable frameworks and technical accelerators.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in AI platform engineering or AI solution architecture.
• Experience with MLOps and enterprise AI deployment.
• Knowledge of modern LLM frameworks, AI agent architectures, and RAG solutions.
• Experience working with cloud-native AI/ML services.
• Experience in enterprise digital transformation initiatives.
• Strong documentation and architecture-design skills.
