- Prepare executive materials, presentations, reports, and confidential communications with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Coordinate executive meetings, leadership sessions, and cross-functional initiatives, including agendas, materials, follow-up actions, and tracking deliverables.
- Serve as a trusted liaison between the CEO, internal teams, external partners, board members, and senior stakeholders.
- Handle sensitive business information and confidential matters with the highest level of professionalism and discretion.
- Bring structure and organization to fast-moving initiatives through strong prioritization, project coordination, and independent problem-solving.
- Support operational, administrative, and strategic initiatives driven by the Office of the CEO in a rapidly evolving business environment.

- Outstanding attention to detail, organizational ability, and follow-through.
- Advanced critical thinking and complex problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to thrive in a demanding, high-accountability environment requiring adaptability, professionalism, and resilience under pressure.
- Experience handling sensitive information and executive-level business matters with discretion.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

- This is a rare opportunity to partner directly with BDA’s CEO and help keep a dynamic, growing business moving forward.
- BDA has more than 40 years of credibility, strong client relationships, and great stories to tell. You’ll help the CEO stay focused on the people, decisions, and opportunities that matter most.
- You’ll have the autonomy to anticipate needs, solve problems, and bring structure to a fast-moving schedule and shifting priorities.
