Starting Salary: $95,000+
Monday-Friday Schedule + Manager on Duty Weekend Rotation

As our Assistant Director of Health Services, you'll partner closely with the Director of Health Services to lead clinical operations across our beautiful, state-of-the-art senior living community. What You'll Do

As a key member of our leadership team, you will:

Inspire and Lead Clinical Teams

• Recruit, train, mentor, and develop nursing team members

• Foster a culture of accountability, engagement, and compassionate care

• Assist with staffing oversight and scheduling support

Drive Clinical Excellence

• Partner with the Director of Health Services to oversee nursing operations

• Ensure compliance with state regulations, community policies, and best practices

• Support infection prevention, safety initiatives, pharmacy reviews, and quality audits

Champion Resident-Centered Care

• Assess residents and assist with care level determinations

• Support resident admissions and transitions of care

• Collaborate with residents, families, providers, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure exceptional outcomes

Who Will Thrive in This Role?

We are seeking a nurse leader who is passionate about developing teams, enhancing resident outcomes, and creating meaningful experiences for seniors.

Qualifications:

• RN required

• Leadership or supervisory experience required

• Assisted Living and/or Memory Care experience preferred

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Commitment to clinical excellence and regulatory compliance

• Passion for coaching, mentoring, and team development
