Facility and safety management
Ensure the facility meets handling and environmental requirements relevant to aerospace hardware production (cleanliness, ESD control, environmental monitoring where applicable).
Manage site access control, security arrangements and general workplace safety protocols.

Experience maintaining production or manufacturing equipment, ideally in a precision, electromechanical or aerospace environment.
Working knowledge of facility systems (electrical, HVAC, utilities) and basic EHS regulations applicable in Germany.
Ability to read equipment and technical documentation, and to coordinate effectively with external service providers.
