Lead Experience Designer - CX Strategy (Contract)

Synergy is seeking a Principal Experience Designer for a 6-12 month max-term contract in our Customer Marketing team at the Perth Central Park office. You will shape how customers engage with our business, applying human-centred design to create valuable future-state experiences and influence decision-making across the organisation.

Collaborate with stakeholders across functions to embed CX thinking and lead workshops using Miro and Figma.
