Job Description

Role Name: SAP Vendor Invoice Mgmt Consultant

Location : Tampa, FL, US (Hybrid (travel when needed) to Tampa)

 

Experienced FI-AP VIM resource with S/4 Hana experience
Design, configure, and test VIM Base components, including OCR/IES profiles, document types, and workflows
Analyze and streamline invoice processing, exception handling, and approval procedures
Integrate VIM with SAP MM (Materials Management) and FI (Financial Accounting) for seamless processing
Resolve VIM DP (Document Processing) exceptions and workflow issues.
Hands-on on E invoicing for DRC (This can be exception)
Create functional specs, technical documents, and conduct user training.
Proven experience in OpenText VIM implementation and support, ideally in SAP S/4HANA environments
Strong understanding of SAP P2P (Procure-to-Pay) processes
Experience with invoice OCR/document ingestion and workflow customization
