Title: IT Analyst/Developer

Location Details: Raymond, OH (Hybrid (4 days/week onsite and 1 day/week remote)

Contract Duration:  October 12,  2026 – March 31, 2028, with strong possibility of an extension

We are seeking an experienced IT Analyst/Developer to lead project activities for Dassault Systèms 3DEXPERIENCE ENOVIA enhancements across enterprise PLM environments. This role will coordinate requirements gathering, project planning, stakeholder engagement, vendor collaboration, development tracking, testing, issue resolution, status reporting, and deployment activities across 22x and 26x environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead projects to implement new functionality and enhancements within the 3DEXPERIENCE ENOVIA platform.
• Partner with business users, technical teams, and vendors to define requirements and deliver solutions aligned to business needs.
• Coordinate project planning, development tracking, testing, issue resolution, deployment readiness, and post-deployment support.
• Manage project status reporting, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communications throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support enhancement delivery across 22x and 26x ENOVIA environments while ensuring quality, timeline adherence, and business alignment.

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience supporting PLM enterprise systems or similar enterprise application platforms.
• Demonstrated experience leading software, platform, or enterprise system implementation projects.
• Strong project planning, requirements management, stakeholder communication, risk and issue management, vendor coordination, and testing/deployment coordination skills.
• Working knowledge of Dassault Systèmes 3DEXPERIENCE/ENOVIA platform, preferably with experience in recent versions of the software.
• Understanding of PLM processes, system integrations, and enterprise application implementation practices.

The ideal candidate is a proactive PLM project lead with strong 3DEXPERIENCE ENOVIA knowledge, proven enterprise implementation experience, and the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions on time.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with Dassault Systèms platform upgrades, enhancements, or multi-environment deployments.
• Familiarity with change management, release management, and production deployment support processes.
• Ability to create clear project documentation, status updates, test coordination plans, and stakeholder communications.
