The Role

  • Deliver expert vehicle maintenance, diagnostics, and repair services directly to customers at their location.
  • Perform a variety of tasks including servicing, diagnostics, and general repairs on a range of light vehicles.
  • Manage your own stock, complete necessary reporting, and maintain excellent customer communication.
  • Represent the company values and provide a high level of customer service with every interaction.
  • Thrive in an independent role, making sound judgments and solving diverse mechanical challenges on a daily basis.
  • Operate with a 40-hour work week, with core hours and rotational Saturday commitments.

What You'll Need

  • A recognised Level 2 qualification in light vehicle maintenance or equivalent.
  • A minimum of 2 years' hands-on experience as a vehicle technician.
  • Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing a wide range of light vehicles.
  • A full UK driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.
