Job Description:

• Experienced Senior Power Bi Report Developer. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, and reporting, with a proven ability to design scalable, high-performance Power Bi dashboards and semantic models.
• This role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, data engineers, and platform teams to deliver actionable insights and trusted analytics solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI reports, dashboards, and Explores aligned to business requirements
• Build and maintain data models, dimensions, measures, and views following best practices
• Optimize SQL for performance, cost efficiency, and scalability

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 6+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Reporting, or Data Analytics
• 4+ years of hands-on experience with Power BI development
• Complex SQL queries
• Partitioning, clustering, and cost optimization
• Strong SQL expertise and ability to troubleshoot data discrepancies

Preferred / Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with Power BI / Tableau or any reporting tool.
• Experience with agile development methodologies
• Exposure to data quality frameworks and monitoring tools
• Prior experience in large scale or enterprise analytics environment
