Workday Integration Developer (HCM & Financials)

Key Information

• Position: Workday Integration Specialist
• Location: Atlanta, GA
• Work Arrangement: Hybrid (In-office / Remote in Georgia) OR 100% Remote (Must reside in the State of Georgia)

Primary Responsibilities

• Design, Build & Deploy: Workday integration solutions using Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), Workday Studio, Core Connectors, and Document Transformation.
• Cross-Module Expertise: Configure and customize integrations connecting both HCM and Financials/Procurement modules with third-party vendors and external systems.
• API & Web Services Management: Leverage WSDL, SOAP, REST, XML, XSLT, JSON, and Java for scalable enterprise integrations.
• Security & Governance: Implement integration security standards (ISU, PGP Key, MFA) while ensuring strict data governance and confidentiality.
• Testing & Support: Conduct unit, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT), documenting specifications for long-term support.

• 5+ Years of dedicated experience in Workday integrations development.
• Proven hands-on experience across BOTH Workday HCM and Financials modules.
• High proficiency in Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and Document Transformation.

• Web Services & Protocols: SOAP, REST, WSDL, WS Standards
• Data Formats & Code: XML, XSLT, JSON, Java
• Integration Security: ISU, PGP Key Encryption, MFA
• Data & Analytics: Calculated Fields, Custom Reports, Data Migration & Reconciliation

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Ability to pass background, credit evaluation, and employment verification checks.
• Residency Requirement: Must reside and work within the State of Georgia.
