Job Title: Golf Trader

Location: BOYLE Sports (Dundalk, HQ / Gibraltar / UK Remote)
Your Role:
BOYLE Sports is seeking an ambitious and commercially minded Golf Trader to join our Trading team. This role is responsible for delivering a best-in-class golf betting proposition across all business verticals, driving margin performance, and managing trading risk.
The successful candidate will take ownership of golf pricing, trading strategy, liability management, and market performance, ensuring customers receive a market-leading product while maximising profitability for the business.
Working closely with the Head of Sports and wider Sportsbook Operations team, the Golf Trader will play a key role in identifying risks, liabilities, customer trends, and new market opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Price and manage all golf markets across the BOYLE Sports sportsbook.
Monitor and manage liabilities, exposure, and risk across all golf betting activity.
Analyse customer betting patterns and performance to optimise margin and key business KPIs.
Deliver a market-leading golf betting product across all customer channels.
Collaborate with the Head of Sports and Sportsbook Operations team to enhance and develop the golf proposition.
Manage the full lifecycle of golf betting markets, from creation through to settlement and post-event analysis.
Make informed trading and risk-management decisions in a fast-paced, time-critical environment.
Ensure the accurate presentation and display of golf markets across all platforms.
Liaise with Customer Services and other internal stakeholders to resolve trading-related queries efficiently.
Identify opportunities for product innovation, market expansion, and revenue growth within the golf portfolio.
Provide reporting and performance analysis to support strategic decision-making.
Requirements
Strong understanding of sports betting and trading principles.
Excellent numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to interpret statistical data and translate insights into trading and pricing decisions.
