TXM Recruit is supporting a leading UK technology and defence organisation in recruiting an Operations Centre Analyst to join its Service Management team. This opportunity suits an IT graduate, junior service desk professional, or technically minded customer-service specialist looking to develop their career in IT operations. You ll help monitor critical systems and networks, respond to incidents and support daily operations, developing your technical knowledge alongside experienced colleagues.

  • Logging, prioritising and updating incidents through service management tools.
  • Supporting technical investigations and escalating complex issues to specialist teams.
  • Providing clear progress updates and maintaining accurate incident records.
  • Assisting with software rebuilds, configuration and deployment following system failures.

  • Clear communication and a helpful approach to supporting colleagues and customers.
  • Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to problem-solving.
  • The ability to follow procedures and learn unfamiliar systems and applications.
  • A proactive, adaptable approach, with reliable attendance and excellent timekeeping.

An IT qualification or relevant personal projects would be useful, but an interest in technology and a willingness to learn are equally welcome.

  • Fully on-site in Havant, Hampshire.
  • Monday Friday, 07 00, with occasional shift coverage as required.
  • £20.00 per hour, inside IR35.
