Job description

PC Support - Kansas City, MO - Contract - $19-29 Per HR

Join a dynamic team in a regional setting, providing essential IT support and maintenance. This onsite contract position in Kansas City, MO, involves installing, maintaining, and upgrading hardware and software for various end-user devices. Candidates should be proficient in general technology support and possess effective communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Install, maintain, and upgrade workstation hardware and software.
  • Configure and support desktop and networking systems.
  • Communicate technical concepts effectively to non-technical users.
  • Manage time efficiently to complete tasks accurately and timely.
  • Travel regionally as required, with advance notice provided.

Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of experience in an IT environment.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel with a company vehicle.
  • Experience with customer service, both face-to-face and via phone.
  • Ability to explain technical issues in layman's terms.
  • Experience with ticketing systems preferred.
