Banana Moon Day Nursery in Tunbridge Wells is looking for a qualified, enthusiastic, and caring Early Years Educator to join our friendly and growing team on a Full-time basis. We are seeking candidates with expertise, passion, and dedication to early years education. Ideal candidates will have:

• A full and relevant early years qualification to a minimum of Level 3 or higher, as defined by the Department for Education on the Early Years Qualifications List.
• Enhanced DBS disclosure within the child workforce sector registered on the update service.
• Paediatric 12-hour First Aid certificate.
• Relevant safeguarding training and qualifications.
• Previous experience in a nursery or early years setting.
• Previous experience as a key person in a nursery or early years setting.
• Strong knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and child development.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with children and families.
• Enthusiastic, nurturing, and dedicated to supporting children’s learning.
• Able to work collaboratively and contribute positively to a team environment.
