Job Description


Job Title: Chemical Process Engineer

Location: Pittsburgh, PA | Onsite

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or related engineering field.
  • 8+ years of Chemical Process Engineering experience.
  • 1+ year of semiconductor industry experience required.
  • Experience with semiconductor/advanced manufacturing facility systems.
  • Knowledge of P&IDs, calculations, specifications, and construction deliverables.
  • Experience with Bluebeam and Navisworks preferred.
  • Strong technical review, communication, collaboration, and mentoring skills.
  • Must be available for 20+ hours/week with flexible working hours.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform conceptual and detailed process/facility design.
  • Review and validate engineering calculations and technical deliverables.
  • Conduct quality reviews and identify design discrepancies.
  • Support advanced manufacturing and semiconductor facility projects.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary and globally distributed teams.
  • Mentor junior/mid-level engineers and drive continuous improvement.
