~ Greet everyone who walks in, find out what they need, and put them in the right vehicle
~ Run test drives and break down features, financing, and trade-in value in plain English
~ Build your own pipeline through social media, referrals, and relentless follow-up
~ Stay in touch after the sale — repeat and referral business is where the real money is
One year or more of sales experience — retail, wireless, fitness, restaurant, or automotive all count
~ High school diploma or GED
~ A State Sales License and manufacturer certification through CDJR, Fiat, or Kia — we'll help you get both
~ Weekend availability
~ Priority given to tech-savvy applicants — we run a digital showroom, and comfort with CRM tools, texting, video walkarounds, and social selling puts you at the front of the line
