Healthcare Solution Architect

Hi,

We are seeking a Senior Healthcare Solution Architect with strong expertise in Epic Integration, FHIR, HL7, Healthcare Interoperability, and Enterprise Architecture. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of solution architecture and software development experience, excellent communication skills, and a proven background designing scalable healthcare technology solutions.

Role: Healthcare Solution Architect

Location: Remote

Type: Contract-to-Hire (C2H)

Key Requirements:

• 10+ years of Solution Architecture and Software Development experience
• 5+ years in Healthcare IT, Provider, Payer, or Healthcare Technology environments
• Strong experience with Epic integrations, Epic interoperability solutions, and healthcare ecosystems
• Expertise in FHIR, SMART on FHIR, HL7, REST APIs, and Healthcare Interoperability
• Hands-on programming experience in Java, C#, .NET, Python, or Node.js
• Experience with Microservices, API Design, System Integration, and Cloud Platforms (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud Platform)
• Strong understanding of HIPAA, healthcare security, and data governance
• Excellent client-facing, stakeholder management, and communication skills

Preferred:

• Epic Certifications (Bridges, Interconnect, App Orchard, etc.)
• Experience with Mirth, Cloverleaf, Rhapsody, or Redox
• TOGAF, AWS Architect, or Azure Architect certifications

Responsibilities:

• Design and lead enterprise healthcare solution architectures
• Drive Epic, FHIR, and HL7 integration strategies
• Collaborate with business, clinical, and technical teams
• Define scalable API and interoperability solutions
• Lead architecture reviews, modernization initiatives, and technical governance
• Serve as a trusted advisor to stakeholders and clients
