Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 14+ years of hands-on Microsoft Power Platform development experience.
• Strong expertise in Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, and Office 365.
• Experience designing enterprise Power Platform architecture and governance.
• Hands-on experience with Dataverse, Power Platform administration, and ALM.
• Strong knowledge of REST APIs, Microsoft Graph API, Custom Connectors, SOAP, and Azure Integration Services.
• Experience with PowerShell scripting for Office 365 administration and automation.
• Strong programming skills in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern UI development.
• Experience with SQL Server, data modeling, reporting, and database optimization.
• Knowledge of Azure Active Directory (Entra ID), authentication, RBAC, and security best practices.
