Job Description

At Home Instead Market Harborough, our Care Assistants are known as Care Professionals. We value our team, recognise their skills and dedication, and treat every member with the respect they deserve.

There’s nothing quite like seeing a client smile and hearing a genuine thank you. Working in care brings a real sense of purpose and job satisfaction, knowing that the support you provide can make a meaningful difference to someone’s day and quality of life.

As a Care Professional with Home Instead, you’ll receive full training, ongoing support and the opportunity to gain recognised qualifications in care. The skills you develop in care are valuable, transferable and, most importantly, make a real difference to the lives of the people you support.
