The Role

• Provide in-person, remote, and hybrid Maths, English, or Science tuition to children and young people with SEND.
• Support pupils with SEMH, MLD, SLD, PMLD, and other additional educational needs.
• Plan and deliver flexible, trauma-informed tutoring and mentoring to students from KS1 - KS5.
• Report on lessons and provide regular feedback on student progress.
• Work with local authorities and schools to raise the standard of education for young people with additional needs.

What You'll Need

• 2+ years of teaching experience, preferably with SEND, SEMH, MLD, SLD, and/or PMLD.
• Familiarity teaching English, Maths, and/or Science.
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS / QTLS).
• Enhanced DBS check (assistance provided if needed) and 2+ professional references.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Knowledge of safeguarding and creating a safe learning environment.
