The Role

• Manage complex recruitment assignments for corporate positions.
• Mentor and guide a team of recruiters to foster professional development.

• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract both active and passive candidates.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers and HR partners to define talent needs and create recruitment plans.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in recruiting and sourcing top talent.
• Demonstrable ability to navigate recruitment challenges with a positive and driven attitude.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with proven ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience handling complex searches and contributing to talent strategy.
