FP&A Manager

Compri Consulting is seeking a Manager, Global FP&A for a direct hire, onsite position in Easton, PA.

• 7+ years of progressive FP&A, corporate finance, or management consulting experience.
• Minimum 2 years supporting a global or multi-regional organization.
• Strong experience with budgeting, forecasting, annual operating plans (AOP), long-range planning (LRP), financial modeling, and variance analysis.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and planning tools such as Anaplan, Hyperion, or Adaptive Insights.
• Ability to analyze large data sets and present executive-level financial insights.
• Experience preparing executive reporting and partnering with cross-functional/global finance teams.
• Strong communication, presentation, and business partnering skills.
• Leadership experience through managing, mentoring, or coaching others (formal management not required).
