Technical Lead Product Manager

Lead product planning, requirements analysis, backlog prioritization, and roadmap execution. Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and engineering teams to define technical and functional solutions. Design and develop scalable microservices and REST APIs using Java 17, Spring Boot, Spring Web, and Spring JPA. Lead the development of responsive web applications using React. Design, optimize, and support solutions using PostgreSQL and Oracle databases. Implement event-driven architectures and messaging solutions using Apache Kafka. Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to development teams. Review solution designs, code, and technical deliverables to ensure quality, scalability, and maintainability. Drive Agile delivery, sprint planning, estimation, risk management, and release execution. Ensure adherence to coding standards, security requirements, testing practices, and CI/CD processes. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve dependencies and ensure successful delivery. Track delivery metrics, product outcomes, and continuous improvement initiatives. Communicate project status, risks, and recommendations to business and technology stakeholders. Demonstrate expertise in leading product and engineering teams while balancing business objectives with technical excellence.
