Founded in 1997, ILOG delivers reliable, scalable Software‑as‑a‑Service (SaaS) platforms that help keep travelers informed and communities safer. We pride ourselves on responsive customer service, strong technical expertise, and building solutions that are dependable, maintainable, and built to last.

We are seeking a Systems Engineer to join our infrastructure team. This role focuses on managing and scaling our AWS- and Google Cloud Platform- hosted systems. In this role, you will be responsible for the daily health and performance of our Linux and Windows servers. You will assist in the design and implementation of new infrastructure, managing deployments from configuration through to production release across our multi-cloud footprint. You will manage scalable resources (EC2, S3, IAM, CloudWatch) to support growing project requirements, and maintain and expanding our nodes within Google Cloud Platform.

You will be expected to execute routine patching, system hardening, and configuration updates following established change management procedures. We rely on tools such as Nagios and CloudWatch to track system health and resolve performance bottlenecks, and you will be responsible for maintaining accurate system configuration records and operational runbooks to ensure our standards remain consistent across all platforms.
