We're hiring on behalf of a leading university hospital renowned for its comprehensive medical care and commitment to research and education. This esteemed institution is seeking a dedicated nursing professional to join its dynamic psychiatry and psychotherapy department.

The Role

• Provide expert assessment of individual patient needs, including early identification of life-threatening conditions and implementation of life-saving measures.
• Independently develop, implement, and evaluate personalized care plans based on nursing science.
• Effectively manage interfaces by executing medical orders and promptly communicating critical observations within a multidisciplinary team.
• Actively participate in and prepare for diagnostic and therapeutic procedures with precision and a patient-centered approach.
• Meticulously document interventions and outcomes, adapting care plans as patient needs change.
• Ensure the safety of minors and patients at risk of self-harm or harming others, and guide trainees and support clinical studies.

What You'll Need

• A successful professional qualification as a Registered Nurse (or equivalent).
• A specialization in psychiatry is advantageous.
• Relevant experience in outpatient or inpatient care of psychiatric patients.
• High social competence, empathy, and the ability to remain calm in challenging and stressful situations.
• For international applicants: German language proficiency at B2 level and recognition of foreign professional qualifications.
